Thank you for all your work on putting together the wonderful speakers and the interviews, I have learnt a lot from the speakers. I have been doing sound healing for 23 years and still learning!

It’s is wonderful now to see how science is catching up with what we knew about sound healing.

For me hearing Sharry Edwards say that she had discovered Fibromyalgia had a real cause to do with Oxygen, Lactic Acid and Puyvate was the icing on the cake. I have for the last 23 years struggled with this illness, and despite trying to do my work, it is very difficult to lift and shift gongs and stands on my own with so much pain. To hear that Sharry might have a frequency that could help, what is an ‘incurable disease’ was just incredible, it gave me hope,. So many people think you look alright so it must be all in the head and have no understanding what pain you are suffering, it was just like nectar to hear Sharry Edwards say what she said. I can’t explain and tell you what that means to me.

I firstly want to thank you for this amazing summit. I was a little slow on the uptake so only managed to watch about 4 speakers, but those I did, totally transformational. I believe it is through the music/sound we can truly heal old wounds, ancestrally, spiritually, and even addiction, and be who we are meant to be at this time…I sure know my soul chose this time also….coming across your summit just totally confirmed to me it is the Indigineous way now, confirming my dreams, messages and this is where my work is to be done.

the 4 day free presentation felt like a University-freshers course for studying to become a Sound Healer. Very tired because I dipped into all 34 but focussed only on 9-10. 1stly I think I will de-condition most of my strict musical-mainly ‘church voice’-. training, and try to find something more natural. then i wish to reach more authenticity and confidence in presenting my (higher) middle ground projections (partly Aspergian!) to help people/the world. Also I need to heal-partly- my ‘age related conditions’-eyesight / deafness/tinnitus /circulation/ Hernia /’red chakra’ pain/ anxiety—no pressure then! ?Focus on one of these to start?And I question my choked down over expression when singing,-holding back tears.

Im so glad I found this summit. I have sung all my life and recently got in to sound healing, although it feels like it has been in me for ever. I am a bit of a devotee of repetitive beats, and have fond memories of rural raves and a strong feeling of returning tribalism around it.

My wife has been absolutely fascinated and blown away by what she has been learning.she is loving the experience..She is often spending between 4 and 5 hours watching each video for several reasons: 1) she is taking copious notes; 2) she looks up words using Google Translate from English to Japanese – and she is often having to use the dictate function to translate the word – because she doesn’t know how to spell, for example, the word “infrared” – and sometimes having to try it 10 or more times before it’s understanding what she’s saying!..and then researching some of these words to make sure she understands the meaning,

Because this science should be a feeling – very close thing touching our everyday life so that it can make a change for us NOT a sterile separate cold thing locked in a spare room 🙂 And I know all these lovely scientists know it and do it too, but you just made it more tangible.

I do think this was the better one though as you could see who you were talking to and it was less contrived. I did get your video and the music was awe inspiring. Thanks for a fascinating series! I enjoyed every interview, and particularly appreciated several things that made it different from other online ‘summits’ I have watched recently:

 

1. There was only one interview per day, which made it possible to fit it into my daily schedule (some online series have 5-7 speakers per day, so it’s impossible to watch them all).

2. You allowed each interview to be available for longer, making it possible to catch up on any missed interviews.

3. There was no ‘hard sell’ marketing (many online series send multiple emails — “Hurry! Last chance to buy the series at 40% discount!….etc).

I sometimes FEEL a colour from a tone when I play piano or from a word of someone is talking. I kind of know someone lie to me, pretending to be nice, also someone holds tiny darkness spot inside of heart through they are talking just normal conversation. ( so It really make sense for me that Sharry told about “you can lie in words but you can not lie about frequency. “I’d been understanding ” energy” as spiritual way. So it is very interesting to learn “energy/frequency” as scientific way. It makes more believable for everyone! Thank you so much for the opportunities to learn sound healing!!

i was lucky enough to grow up in a family where singing and dancing around in a completely informal and natural way was allowed and i have not been able to re create this natural simple way of being as judgment is rife in this area.

I really enjoyed all the interviews and have a lot of work to follow up on.  I am 72 and am trying to start a meditation, sound and movement group based on yoga, xigong, physiotherapy inspired partly by Chloe Goodchild’s sound retreat. Understanding science of sound and how it works really helpful. Heather

 

Thank you for all the interviews and for making them available long enough so I could hear most of them. There is a wide variety of approaches to sound healing and sound therapy and this summit helped open some new doors and new possibilities.

I sometimes ask those who don’t quite understand the power of sound…”do you believe in gravity?” LOL. But instead, I continue to recognize that we are all on a journey and when the student is ready, their teacher appears.

My head is spinning with ideas and dreams, yet I don’t know where to begin!! I’ve been meaning to email, so this survey is the universe nudging me! I am interested in applying sound to sports medicine / athletics and wonder if there are any leaders or mentors in the subfield? Particularly to help athletes with anxiety or sports related trauma/injury. Any advice is welcomed! Thanks again for your work. This timely summit truly resonated with my spirit.
